Time to elect our 2021-2022 Executive Committee for the School at St. George Place PTO. Our PTO General meeting is scheduled for  May 28, 2021, at 5:00 PM, when elections will be held as well as our final meeting/activity.

If you are not interested in being an officer next year but have a
project you would like to lead (Fall Festival, Communications, Room
Moms, etc.) or a role you would like to fill, please email us as
well. Having project leaders set up for next year by May will be very
helpful to the next executive team.

Silent Auction 2021

It’s Auction Time!
Hey, Dragons Family! Now is the time to start planning for our spring auction. The Silent Auction, scheduled this year for April 23rd, is one of our biggest fundraiser events.
We especially appreciate the help of local businesses and business owners in providing donations for our auction items each year. Do you know of a business that might like to donate? Contact us at sgppto@gmail.com.
Planning and running the auction takes a lot of work, and we need your help! Please join our Silent Auction Committee. This year we would like to plan a virtual Silent Auction. To make this happen we need wonderful volunteers to run the event.

Boosterthon Fun Run Sponsorship

School at St. George Place PTO is so excited to host a Fun Run (powered by Boosterthon) to help our school! Boosterthon is a fun, nine-day program that combines world-class character content with a highly-profitable fundraiser.

To increase the excitement and school spirit of this event, we’re hoping to provide each student with a FREE custom t-shirt to wear the day of the Fun Run event, at no cost to our school.

In order to make this happen, we need your help! We’re hoping to partner with local businesses to help sponsor our shirts. If your business would like to sponsor our t-shirts, please see the information below for pricing and details. Your logo or name will be displayed on the back of a shirt worn by 850 students year-round, providing continuous exposure for your business! Thank you so much for your consideration!

VIPS (Volunteers in Public Schools)

Anyone who wants to volunteer on our school campus or on field trips will need to be VIPS approved each school year.

Go to http://houstonisd.org/vipslogin to register.

All information is now entered online and you no longer have to bring your ID to the front desk to finish the registration. This can take a few weeks so it is always best to do it at the beginning of the school year.
